In the winter of 2023, I spent 6 weeks in Costa Rica. I spent most of my time in Nosara and Garza, going on a surf trip to Camaronal as well. During the duration of my stay, I photographed two local restaurants to assist with their marketing, took headshots and marketing images for a local female owned laundry company, and volunteered my services to take portait’s of local children with their family and pets. I also trailed a Costa Rican cowboy named Fausto during a few of his excursions with his horses. During my time in Costa Rica, I made friendships that prevailed language barrier and emerged myself with the culture, all through my camera.
